Structured Finance Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Structured Finance practice of a leading international law firm in London.

You'll advise financial institutions, investment banks, asset managers and other market participants on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation transactions, working alongside market-leading partners on complex domestic and cross-border matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on structured finance, securitisations, asset-backed financings, receivables financings or other complex financing transactions.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
