At DART Aerospace - F.P.T. Industries, we're looking for a Logistics Team Leader to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth flow of materials that support the production of mission-critical aerospace products.

What you'll do

\n

As Logistics Team Leader, you will:

\n
    \n
  • Lead and motivate a team of logistics and dispatch operators.
    • \n
  • Coordinate inbound, outbound, and internal material flows.
    • \n
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP transactions are completed correctly.
    • \n
  • Support production by maintaining efficient line feeding and stock availability.
    • \n
  • Champion health & safety, quality, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • \n
  • Develop team capability through coaching and cross-training.
    • \n
\n

What we're looking for

\n

We're seeking someone who has:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience leading a logistics or warehouse team in manufacturing (aerospace experience is an advantage).
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar).
    • \n
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • \n
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
    • \n
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
    • \n
  • A Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
    • \n
