A premier freight forwarder in Liverpool is looking for an experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to manage global deep-sea trade. In this role, you’ll take full operational ownership of shipments from initial origin booking straight through to UK delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Ownership: Run deep-sea import movements (FCL & LCL) across global shipping lines.
\n
• Network Coordination: Work closely with ocean carriers, ports, and hauliers to keep shipments moving and avoid unnecessary costs.
\n
• Customs Management: Process complete customs declarations while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
\n
• Proactive Client Care: Keep key accounts updated with clear tracking milestones and real-time delay resolution.
\n

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years handling ocean imports within a UK freight forwarding setup.
\n
• Direct experience with port systems (CNS / Destin8) and Incoterms.
\n
• Hands-on proficiency with CargoWise or similar logistics software.
\n
