Private Family Law Solicitor - (1-2 PQE) – Berkshire – Up to £50k + Benefits + Bonus

A leading boutique family law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Berkshire to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Family Law Solicitor to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising on high-quality, privately funded matters.

With multiple offices across the UK, the firm has built a strong national presence whilst maintaining a boutique, client-focused approach. The team advises a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business owners on complex and sensitive family matters including Ancillary Relief, Divorce and Private Children Act matters.

The Role:

• Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters
\n
• Advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children work
\n
• Supporting on complex and high-value cases
\n
• Drafting court documents, applications and correspondence
\n
• Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel
\n
• Building strong and lasting client relationships
\n
• Supporting business development and networking activity
\n
• Working collaboratively across a well-established team
\n

The Candidate:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in family law
\n
• Experience handling privately funded matters
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of core family law disciplines
\n
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
\n
• Commercial and empathetic approach
\n
• Motivated to progress within a specialist firm
\n
• Strong organisation and time management skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and within a team
\n
