The Role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a flagship corporate site. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure facilities services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facilities-related tasks, work orders, and service requests.
  • \n
  • Act as a point of contact for client, contractor, and vendor enquiries.
  • \n
  • Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
  • \n
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, service providers, and contractors to ensure service standards are met.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and facilities documentation.
  • \n
  • Process and manage vendor paperwork, proposals, and work orders.
  • \n
  • Support the implementation of facilities procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • \n
  • Monitor external building activities, including waste management and recycling processes.
  • \n
  • Respond promptly to client queries and service requests.
  • \n
  • Assist with reporting on operational performance and service delivery metrics.
  • \n
  • Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
  • \n
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

\n

  • Previous experience in a facilities, administration, property, workplace services, or customer-facing role.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • \n
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
