Legal Counsel – Real Estate (6–10 PQE)

A growing, institutionally-backed real estate platform is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team.

Working closely with the General Counsel, you'll support a diverse range of matters across a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets, including asset management, lettings, tenancy issues, development projects and wider commercial legal work.

Key requirements:

• 6–10 years' PQE
\n
• Strong real estate/property law background
\n
• Experience advising on operational assets, asset management, lettings and tenancy matters
\n
• Exposure to PBSA, BTR or the wider living sector preferred
\n
• Commercial, pragmatic approach and willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues
\n
