A leading international organisation is seeking a Cargo Claims Analyst to join its London-based team, supporting cargo control, quality, and quantity claims activities across global operations.

The role:

• Support the management and resolution of cargo quality and quantity claims
\n
• Review shipping, inspection, and cargo documentation to identify discrepancies and potential losses
\n
• Assist with claims investigations, reporting, and loss control activities
\n
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective claim resolution
\n
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing operational processes
\n

The ideal candidate:

• Degree educated or equivalent qualification

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
