A small but dynamic construction consultancy based in Central London are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

You'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing group delivering private-sector projects across the Residential sector. A company now well established and benefitting from the reputation of its leadership team.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects, leading delivery teams and liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in Residential construction and a desire to step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of High Rise Residential construction projects
\n
• Lead and support a team of Project Managers
\n
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
\n
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
\n
• Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Experience managing construction projects, ideally in the High Rise Residential sector
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams
\n
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
\n
• MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential
\n
• Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act
\n
