Job Description
Our international client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager to lead semiconductor wafer process development and fab delivery across high-end R&D and low-volume production environments. Driving technology innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering next-generation products to meet customer needs will be requirements of the role.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nLeadership
\n- \n
- Lead and develop the process engineering team, setting clear objectives and building capability. \n
- Own end-to-end wafer fab delivery for R&D and production programmes. \n
- Drive process innovation aligned with the technology roadmap. \n
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a data-driven culture. \n
- Ensure effective performance management, skills development, and safe working practices. \n
Technical
\n- \n
- Lead semiconductor process development and maintain advanced process/tool capabilities. \n
- Drive yield improvement, process optimisation, and structured problem-solving using Lean Six Sigma principles. \n
- Apply data-driven approaches to accelerate R&D development and new device/process introduction. \n
- Support evaluation and development of new materials and technologies. \n
Required Experience & Qualifications
\n- \n
- Degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related discipline. \n
- 5+ years’ wafer fab experience with technical leadership experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques. \n
- Experience with III-V materials and processing. \n
- Proven team leadership and development skills. \n
