\nMADE Careers is working with a globally recognised architecture, urbanism and design practice to appoint an Associate Director within its London studio.
\nWorking closely with the sector leadership team, you'll take ownership of a major client account while leading the delivery of large scale industrial and logistics projects across the UK. This is a highly visible role combining project leadership, client management and team development, with genuine scope to influence the future growth of one of the practice's key sectors.
\nThe Role
\nThis is a genuine leadership opportunity, offering the chance to become a trusted client lead whilst overseeing the successful delivery of complex industrial and logistics projects.
\nAlongside leading project teams, you'll play a key role in developing long-term client relationships, mentoring architects and helping drive improvements in digital delivery, workflows and project efficiency.
\nThe successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading teams, managing clients and delivering technically robust projects within a fast-paced Design & Build environment.
\nResponsibilities

- Lead the delivery of major industrial and logistics projects from inception through to completion \n
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts \n
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships \n
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate consultants \n
- Mentor and develop architects across the team \n
- Manage project programmes, resources, fees and profitability \n
- Work closely with digital specialists to improve project delivery through Revit, automation and emerging technologies \n
- Support the continued growth of the Industrial & Logistics sector \n
Requirements

- Associate, Associate Director or experienced Senior Architect ready to step into a leadership role \n
- Strong experience delivering industrial, logistics or large-format commercial projects \n
- Experience working within Design & Build procurement \n
- Excellent client management and communication skills \n
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants \n
- Strong commercial awareness and project management ability \n
- Advanced Revit proficiency \n
- Interest in digital delivery, AI and improving project workflows \n
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others \n
