\nWe're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a high-performing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex ER matters, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across employee relations.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, providing commercially focused advice and ensuring fair, timely outcomes. \n
- Partner with HR teams, managers and business leaders to deliver a high-quality ER service. \n
- Coach and develop people leaders to build confidence and capability in managing employee relations matters. \n
- Analyse ER data and trends to identify risks, provide insights and recommend proactive solutions. \n
- Support the development of ER policies, governance and best practice. \n
- Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. \n
- Build strong relationships across HR and the wider business, acting as a trusted ER partner. \n
- Effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, service-driven environment. \n
- Use case management systems to maintain accurate records and deliver against service standards. \n
- Support wider ER projects and initiatives as required. \n
What We're Looking For

- Strong employee relations experience managing complex casework. \n
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. \n
- Commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. \n
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. \n
- Confident using HR systems and interpreting data to drive decisions. \n
