\nA highly respected and well‑established independent Accident Repair Bodyshop in Northampton is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy, high‑performing team.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- Managing and motivating a large Bodyshop team across all departments
\n- Ensuring efficient workflow and high‑quality repair standards
\n- Managing budgets, productivity, and KPI performance
\n- Acting as the main point of contact for insurance companies and work providers
\n- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
\n- Continually improving processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
\nAbout You
\n- Proven experience managing a large accident repair Bodyshop
\n- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
\n- Confident working with insurers and external partners
\n- Results‑driven, with a focus on quality and customer service
\n- Able to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment
