UK Office Manager (Part-Time – 4 Days Per Week)
\nLocation: Farringdon, London
\nWorking Pattern: 4 days per week, with 3 days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday), c20hours per week
\nSalary: c£50,000 + Benefits
\n1 year Maternity contract to start from September
\nOur client a leading creative agency is looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of their UK workplace and employee experience. Supporting a team of approximately 60 employees, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the office operates smoothly, remains compliant and safe, and continues to be an engaging place for employees, clients, and visitors.
\nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys balancing facilities, administration, events, and workplace culture.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing
\nWorkplace & Facilities Management

- Act as the main point of contact for building management and cleaning providers. \n
- Coordinate office maintenance and resolve facilities-related issues efficiently. \n
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming, well-stocked, and operating smoothly. \n
Office Operations & Administration
\n- \n
- Manage inventory for kitchen supplies, snacks, stationery, and printer consumables. \n
- Process incoming and outgoing post, scanning, and general office administration. \n
- Coordinate supplier relationships and office purchases. \n
Health, Safety & Compliance
\n- \n
- Serve as the designated First Aider and Health & Safety Officer. \n
- Maintain workplace safety standards, emergency procedures, and compliance records. \n
- Conduct Right-to-Work checks for all UK new starters and maintain associated documentation. \n
Events & Employee Engagement
\n- \n
- Plan and deliver a variety of employee engagement initiatives throughout the year. \n
- Organise company celebrations, including the end-of-year party, team socials, in-office activations, and DEIB events. \n
- Manage logistics for client meetings, agency roadshows, and team offsites, including catering, room setup, and hospitality. \n
Employee & Business Support

- Support contract processing and document administration via Dropbox Sign. \n
- Provide general operational and administrative support to employees and leadership teams. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Experience, Facilities, or Operations role. \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Experience coordinating events and creating engaging employee experiences. \n
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements. \n
- Confident managing suppliers, facilities providers, and external stakeholders. \n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. \n
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of office operations. \n
