Job Description
My client, an expanding commercial property company, based in Peterlee, are looking for a perm full time Maintenance Technician to join their team and manage 3 large buildings. You would be part of a small team. Training will be given but experience in the following would be ideal -

\n - Ensure correct office temperature is maintained on a BMS heating/cooling system, which includes preventative maintenance
\n - Checking filters and air flow
\n - General Building maintenance (Doors, Locks, Lights, Ceiling tiles, Water leaks, Toilets)

\n
Duties would include -

\n - Heating/ Boiler BMS knowledge
\n - Plumbing / Toilet system Maintenance
\n - Joinery work
\n - Electrical work
\n
\n
\n
Hours of work are an afternoon shift 13:15pm - 21:15pm Monday - Friday
