The Opportunity

You'll work on a broad range of corporate matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
\n
• Share and asset sales and acquisitions
\n
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
\n
• Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
\n
• Shareholder agreements and constitutional matters
\n
• General corporate advisory work
\n

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Corporate law
\n
• Experienced in handling M&A transactions and general corporate matters
\n
• Commercially minded with strong technical ability
\n
• Comfortable managing client relationships and developing new business
\n
• Keen to play an active role in the continued growth of a successful team
\n
