People Systems Analyst | International Law Firm | London (EC2N) | £40k-£50k with hybrid working
\nWe are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a People Systems Analyst to join their global HRIS function based in London. This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on HR systems experience who is keen to develop further expertise in reporting, data insights, and system optimisation within a complex, international professional services environment.
\nThe role sits within a close-knit global HRIS team currently comprising a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in London. The team supports a global HR function, delivering system administration, reporting, configuration, and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors.
\nSAP SuccessFactors experience is essential for this role.
\nWhat the role involves:

- Early and strong focus on HR reporting and analytics \n
- Building and enhancing Story Reports and broader reporting outputs \n
- Supporting system administration tasks across SuccessFactors \n
- Assisting with Employee Central configuration and maintenance \n
- Contributing to workflow improvements and system optimisation \n
- Supporting wider HR systems projects and change initiatives \n
- Working closely with HR stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions \n

- Minimum 1 year’s hands-on HR systems experience \n
- Strong, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (essential) \n
