Fancy a Supervisor role where you're actually supervising?

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a brilliant, long-standing team that genuinely enjoys working together. Due to the current Warehouse Supervisor relocating, they are on the lookout for a new Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising the day-to-day warehouse operation
\n
• Opening up in the morning and locking up at the end of the day
\n
• Loading and unloading exhibition equipment and machinery
\n
• Operating forklifts and safely handling awkward-shaped items
\n
• Managing stock movements and keeping the warehouse organised
\n
• Liaising with drivers, suppliers and transport teams
\n
• Rolling your sleeves up and helping wherever needed
\n
• Assisting with import and export shipments
\n

What you’ll need to succeed:

\n
• Previous warehouse supervisory, deputy supervisor or team leader experience
\n
• Forklift licence
\n
• Someone practical, organised and full of common sense
\n
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
\n
• Comfortable communicating with lorry drivers, suppliers and colleagues
\n
• Happy to lead from the front rather than from behind a desk
\n
• A laid-back personality and a sense of humour wouldn't hurt!
