You will work with an established and diverse client base, advising private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm's Corporate practice.

The Role:

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, restructures and investments
\n
• Lead complex matters for private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
\n
• Develop long-term client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice
\n
• Work closely with colleagues across other teams
\n
• Lead business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth
\n
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers within a collaborative and supportive environment
\n
• Play a key role in the strategic direction and future growth of the Bristol office
\n
• Develop and grow your own practice with the support of an established Legal 500 platform
\n

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in corporate transactional law
\n
• Currently operating at a senior level
\n
• Strong track record advising private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
\n
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and generate new business
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills
\n
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
\n
• Entrepreneurial approach with the ambition to help grow a successful Corporate practice
\n
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service within a supportive team environment
