Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and delivering scalable full stack applications using Node.js, React, and/or Next.js
\n
• Building cloud-native solutions using Azure or AWS
\n
• Leading by example, producing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
\n
• Promoting engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, and Extreme Programming (XP)
\n
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
\n
• Providing technical leadership while mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level developers
\n
• Leading code reviews, contributing to architecture discussions, and driving continuous improvement
\n
• Helping shape technical strategy and engineering standards across projects
\n

Key Skills & Experience

\n
• Proven commercial experience building modern web applications with Node.js and React
\n
• Experience with Next.js is advantageous
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
\n
• A passion for clean code, software craftsmanship, and quality engineering
\n
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
\n
• Experience mentoring developers and helping teams grow
\n
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
