Join Our Team as a Complex Needs Support Worker\n
Location:Drayton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire\n
Salary:£13.69 per hour (£26,695.5per annum) plus benefits\n
Hours:7.00 am 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)\n
Contract:Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent\n
Driving Requirement:A valid driving license is required (Manual, UK)\n
Visa Sponsorship is not Available:Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.\n

  • Previous experience in a care/support setting

  • A valid manual UK driving licence

\nJohn lives in a single occupancy home which is purposely adapted to meet his complex needs. He loves going out every Friday for KFC, alsotrips to cafés and going on drives. His dad is a big part of his life, so family involvement is key and often has family visiting him.When he is not out and about enjoying himself, he usually likes being at home listening to music(especially classical), Disney films, colouring, and outdoor fun like trampolining and swings in the garden.Routine is very important to James.\n
