An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join an established law firm in London.

Supporting an experienced fee earner, you'll assist with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working on high-quality transactions within a supportive team that offers excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Open new files and complete AML and compliance checks.
\n
• Support exchange, completion and post-completion processes.
\n
• Prepare reports on title, mortgages and searches under supervision.
\n
• Raise and review conveyancing enquiries.
\n
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
\n
• Draft financial statements and invoices.
\n
• Maintain case management systems and provide general administrative support.
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous residential conveyancing experience within a legal environment.
\n
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process.
\n
• Experience raising enquiries and assisting with report drafting.
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
\n
• Able to manage deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
\n
