Are you a driven employment law specialist looking to make a difference for a reputable trade union? Venn Group is working with a well-renowned and prestigious trade union in London in their pursuit of a Employment Lawyer on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period.

Requirements:

\n
• Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK (non-qualified lawyers with experience could also be considered)
\n
• Specialism within Employment Law, with experience of practising post-qualification
\n
• Experience working for or with trade union is advantageous
\n

Duties/Responsibilities:

\n
• Advising on all matters of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious
\n
• Advising on areas of employment law such as TUPE and equal pay
\n
• Attending and preparing for employment tribunals as necessary
\n
• Representing the organisation and external clients
\n
• Deputise for senior members of the legal team
\n
