An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join a leading Intellectual Property team, for a law firm based in the City of London.

Supporting the Registry Services team, you'll manage a range of trade mark and design formalities, helping to protect clients' IP portfolios while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Prepare and file trade mark and design applications.
    • \n
  • Handle registry forms, renewals, oppositions and recordals.
    • \n
  • Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records.
    • \n
  • Process registry correspondence and client portfolios.
    • \n
  • Prepare cost estimates and trade mark schedules.
    • \n
  • Support process improvements and administrative projects.
    • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • At least two years' experience within a trade marks practice.
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of trade mark and design formalities.
    • \n
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
    • \n
  • Able to manage deadlines and work independently.
    • \n
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
    • \n
  • CITMA Paralegal Qualification is desirable but not essential.please apply today if this position is of interest.
