What you’ll be Doing

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents
  • \n
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • \n
  • Implement and follow individualized care plans
  • \n
  • Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities
  • \n
  • Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism
  • \n
  • Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being
  • \n
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
  • \n

What You’ll Need

  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • \n
  • A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
  • \n
  • Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
  • \n
  • Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
  • \n
  • Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
  • \n
