Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.

\n

\n

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

\n

\n

Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

\n

\n

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.

\n

\n

Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance.

\n

\n

Maintain and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.

\n

\n

Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other external partners.

\n

\n

Lead and develop a small finance team to achieve departmental goals.

\n

Profile

\n

A successful Finance Manager should have:

\n

Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

\n

\n

Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

\n

\n

Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

\n

\n

Ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear recommendations.

\n

\n

Proven skills in managing financial controls and compliance.

\n

\n

Experience working with international subsidiaries

\n

\n

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

\n

Job Offer

Competitive Salary between £85,000 and £95,000

\n

\n

Opportunity to work a four-day week.
