\nManage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.
\n\nPrepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
\n\nEnsure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
\n\nMonitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance.
\n\nMaintain and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.
\n\nManage relationships with auditors, banks, and other external partners.
\n\nLead and develop a small finance team to achieve departmental goals.
\nProfile
\nA successful Finance Manager should have:
\nProfessional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
\n\nExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
\n\nStrong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
\n\nAbility to analyse complex financial data and present clear recommendations.
\n\nProven skills in managing financial controls and compliance.
\n\nExperience working with international subsidiaries
\n\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities.

\nCompetitive Salary between £85,000 and £95,000
