Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions.
\n
• Reconciling supplier and customer accounts.
\n
• Assisting with bank reconciliations.
\n
• Preparing payment runs.
\n
• Supporting credit control activities where required.
\n
• Processing employee expenses.
\n
• Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting.
\n
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
\n
• Providing general support to the wider finance team.
\n

Profile

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance role.
\n
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Experience using accounting software.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
\n
• The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy team.
\n
• A desire to continue learning and develop a long-term career in finance.
