The Role

\n

You'll become an integral member of the Financial Planning team, providing first-class administrative support and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service throughout the advice process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business efficiently and accurately.
  • \n
  • Preparing client review packs and supporting annual review meetings.
  • \n
  • Liaising with product providers and handling client enquiries.
  • \n
  • Arranging client meetings and managing adviser diaries.
  • \n
  • Processing illustration requests.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all documentation is compliant.
  • \n
  • Providing back-office support across pensions, investments and protection.
  • \n
  • Assisting with day-to-day client administration and maintaining high service standards.
  • \n

About You

\n

To be considered, you should have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience working within an IFA or Financial Planning practice.
  • \n
  • A strong understanding of Financial Planning administration processes.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
  • \n
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • The ability to prioritise workloads within a busy team environment.
  • \n
  • Experience using Financial Planning back-office systems would be advantageous.
  • \n

Due to the office location, applicants must be able to drive and live within approximately 20-25 miles of the office.
