Forklift and PPT Operators - Airport Logistics

Complete Workforce Solutions is recruiting experienced B1 and B2 Counterbalance Forklift Operators for upcoming warehouse assignments at YunExpress’s Stansted/Great Notley operation in Braintree.

Successful candidates will support the safe and efficient movement of pallets, freight and goods within a busy parcel and logistics warehouse.

Location: Great Notley, Braintree

Shift pattern: Four days on, four days off

Day shift: 7:00am–7:00pm

Night shift: 7:00pm–7:00am

• Operating B1 or B2 counterbalance forklifts
\n
• Operating powered pallet trucks where required
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles
\n
• Moving pallets between warehouse areas
\n
• Positioning freight safely for processing and dispatch
\n
• Completing pre-use equipment checks
\n
• Identifying and reporting equipment faults or damage
\n
• Following warehouse health and safety procedures
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
\n
• Maintaining accurate operational records
\n
• Supporting the warehouse team to achieve daily productivity targets
\n

\n
• A valid B1 or B2 Counterbalance Forklift certificate
\n
• Recent practical forklift-operating experience
\n
• Previous warehouse, freight, parcel or logistics experience
\n
• A strong awareness of health and safety
\n
• The ability to work 12-hour shifts on a four-on/four-off rota
\n
• Reliable transport to Great Notley due to the site’s location and shift times
\n
• The unrestricted right to work in the UK
\n
• A current Basic DBS or willingness to complete one
\n
• Good attendance, reliability and timekeeping
\n

All licences and certificates will be verified.

Successful candidates may be required to complete a practical competency assessment and site familiarisation before operating equipment.

No candidate will operate machinery until their licence, experience and competency have been verified and formal operational authorisation has been provided.
