Join our client as a HR Business Partner to provide professional HR expertise across the employee lifecycle. This role serves as a strategic advisor, focusing on talent acquisition and enhancing HR initiatives.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

\n
• Drive business performance through compliant HR practices and strategic people plans.
\n
• Establish and maintain robust People and Compliance processes.
\n
• Provide management information and analysis to develop appropriate HR interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with leadership for talent identification and development initiatives.
\n
• Lead recruitment strategy, ensuring effective talent acquisition.
\n
• Develop recruitment campaigns for specialist roles and analyze recruitment metrics.
\n
• Manage relationships with recruitment partners and agencies.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• CIPD membership or equivalent experience.
\n
• Broad HR knowledge including recruitment, L&D, and employee relations.
\n
• Experience in People processes and compliance.
\n
• Ability to use data to influence organizational decisions.
\n
• Proven leadership in recruitment and talent acquisition.
\n
• Strong understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection.
\n
• Autonomous working capability and comfort with ambiguity.
\n
