The Role

You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property transactions while working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters. The role offers exposure to high-value and high-quality work, with genuine opportunities to develop your expertise and progress your career within a nationally recognised team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
\n
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.
\n
• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, providing a high standard of client care.
\n
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
\n
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
\n
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members and paralegals where appropriate.
\n
• Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Residential Real Estate.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law.
\n
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
\n
• Keen to develop your career within a leading national firm.
