An Accounts Payable Manager is required to work for a much-loved, retail brand based in West London, with the expectation of three days in the office with flexibility.

\n

\n

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function for a business investing heavily in its future including store expansion and process improvements.

\n

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will lead a small team operating across both stock and non-stock AP activity and driving automation.

\n

\n

Responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • Overseeing end-to-end invoice processing for both stock and non-stock suppliers
  • \n
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team
  • \n
  • Setting clear KPIs and managing workload and capacity planning
  • \n
  • Managing the weekly supplier payment process and employee expense processing
  • \n
  • Owning the GRNI account, including daily review of aged items
  • \n
  • Managing month-end AP close, control account and GRNI reconciliations
  • \n
  • Providing weekly supplier payment forecasts to support daily cashflow, and supporting internal/external audits
  • \n

The successful candidate will have experience:

\n
    \n
  • Working in an Accounts Payable leadership having managed a team of 2+
  • \n
  • Working with both stock and non-stock suppliers; experience working in an environment of 2000+ monthly invoices
  • \n
  • Experience within a products-based environment
  • \n
  • Managing end-to-end AP processes including payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations and GRNI
  • \n
  • Experience with a large ERP such as Dynamics or SAP
  • \n
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUPs and data manipulation
  • \n
