This is a paralegal role is offering exposure to a broad range of housing litigation matters, including:

• Housing disrepair

• Renter's rights
\n
• Anti-social behaviour (ASB)
\n
• Environmental Protection Act (EPA) claims
\n
• Possession proceedings
\n
• General housing litigation
\n

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. The role also offers advocacy exposure and excellent long-term career development, with genuine opportunities for progression.The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous housing litigation experience (claimant or defendant)

• Strong litigation and case management skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
