The company is looking for a motivated adviser who is proactive, relationship-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry through to completion.Develop relationships with Estate Agency introducers.Attend introducer offices regularly to maximise business opportunities.Generate business from company leads, referrals and networking opportunities.Identify protection opportunities alongside mortgage advice.Deliver an exceptional customer journey throughout the advice process.Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth client experience.Maintain FCA compliance and company standards.Participate in regular training and development.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:Fully qualified Mortgage Adviser statusMinimum two years' experience providing regulated mortgage adviceExperience advising on mortgages and protectionStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisational skillsA professional and customer-focused approachFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWillingness to attend Estate Agency introducer offices as requiredDesirable SkillsPrevious Estate Agency experienceMortgage administration backgroundExisting client bankBusiness development experienceStrong networking skillsPassion for delivering excellent customer serviceWhy Apply?Established and respected financial services businessExisting pipeline worth approximately £120,000 annual incomeRegular company-generated leadsEstablished introducer relationshipsFull administration supportExcellent earning potentialHybrid workingFriendly and supportive teamLong-term career progressionHow to ApplyInterested?
