We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Outdoor Education Teacher (Unqualified) to inspire, engage and support pupils through practical, hands?on learning experiences.This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside the traditional classroom and enjoys bringing learning to life through outdoor activities, while supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN).The RoleYou will lead the delivery of high?quality outdoor learning experiences that promote confidence, independence and teamwork. Your work will play a vital part in both the academic and personal development of our pupils.You will: Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging outdoor education sessionsMonitor, assess and report on pupil progressSupport children with a range of SEN needsContribute to a broad and balanced curriculum, including teaching other subjects where requiredCreate a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environmentUse local outdoor environments and facilities to enrich learningSupport pupils to develop life skills, resilience and independenceWhat Were Looking ForEssential: A genuine passion for outdoor learningExperience working with children or young people (ideally with SEN)Strong understanding of health & safety and risk assessment in outdoor settingsAbility to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive activitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeingDesirable: Lowland Leader AwardHill and Moorland Leader AwardExperience delivering or supporting the Duke of Edinburgh AwardWhy Join Us?
