Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading tier 1 main contractor based in Hampshire. The business unit undertakes projects across the healthcare, education, retirement living and industrial sectors valuing between £20mil - £100mil+. Projects are a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract, and are often directly awarded. As a result of a busy upcoming pipeline of work, they're now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to final account, reporting into the Commercial Manager. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Be involved in 2-stage tenders Sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Deal with final accounts Key requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role: Construction related HNC / Degree Experience working within a main contractor Experience administering JCT forms of contract Must live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth Whats on offer for this Quantity Surveyor role: Salary: Up to £65k Company car / car allowance Additional benefits Solid pipeline of projects in the region Excellent progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable business with a pipeline of diverse projects and plenty of progression opportunity.
