Are you a highly proactive administrator with exceptional organisation and first-class minute-taking skills?
\nWe’re looking for an Executive Office Administrator to support our Senior Management Team at the heart of a busy further education college. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll keep senior leaders organised, informed, and running efficiently.
\n\n
What you’ll do
\n• Take accurate, high-quality minutes, including for sensitive meetings
\n• Proactively manage diaries, meetings, and executive priorities
\n• Prepare professional reports, agendas, and correspondence
\n• Coordinate key meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement
\n• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
\n\n
What we’re looking for
\n• Proven experience in a senior admin role
\n• Outstanding minute-taking ability and attention to detail
\n• A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to anticipate needs
\n• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
\n• Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
\n\n

Staff mandatory training will be completed within 3 months.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

This post is based at City College Norwich, Ipswich Road campus. However, City College Norwich is a multi-campus organisation and there may be a requirement to work at any of the four campuses.

As a College we are required to undertake various Safer Recruitment checks as set out within the guidance from the Department for Education Keeping Child Safe in Education. We require all staff to undertake an enhanced Adult and Child Workforce DBS Check and to register with the DBS Update Service. Please note: From 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules, and we have been instructed that we cannot accept any update service checks on DBS certificates that have been issued before this date. Therefore, a new one must be completed with City College Norwich.
