Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 | No weekends\n

The Role\n

\n As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Class 2 / Category C vehicle for local deliveries and collections across the region. This role would suit an experienced LGV Class 2 Driver, Cat C Driver, or Rigid Driver who enjoys a varied role combining driving and yard-based duties.\n

Responsibilities\n

- Carrying out local deliveries and collections (depot to depot) as required
\n - Assisting in the yard during quieter driving periods
\n - Moving pallets safely and efficiently around the yard
\n - Supporting loading and unloading activities
\n - Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring full compliance with road safety regulations
\n - Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
\n
\n
\n

- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
\n - Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
\n - Previous experience as an HGV Driver, LGV Driver, or HGV Class 2 Driver
\n - A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to assist with yard duties
\n - Good knowledge of driver compliance and road transport regulations
\n
