Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an Inbound Call Handler for our Nationally recognised client in Swindon, SN3.

• 9am – 5pm
\n
• £12.71 per hour
\n
• Monday – Friday, occasional weekend cover
\n
• Ongoing Temporary position, with potential to become long term
\n

About the Inbound Call Handler Job\n
\n

\n
• Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
\n
• Provide excellent customer service while understanding the reason for the call and passing to the appropriate team
\n
• Taking clear messages and passing to relevant colleagues
\n

As an Inbound Call Handler, you will need the following skills and/or experience:\n
\n

\n
• Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
\n
• Excellent communication, customer service skills and telephone manner
\n
• Ability to work independently during busy periods
\n
