Salary: £70,000 – £130,000 + Benefits (DOE)

Summary:

We are instructed by a well-regarded and extremely busy, senior executive focussed law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) as part of the continued growth of its specialist employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious practice, acting on a broad range of complex and high-value employment matters.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Managing your own caseload of Employment Tribunal claims
\n
• Advising on workplace disputes, disciplinary and grievance matters, and exits
\n
• Supporting on High Court litigation and injunction matters where required
\n
• Providing strategic, day-to-day employment law advice to clients
\n
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and advisory documents
\n
• Assisting on complex and sensitive disputes
\n
• Participating in networking, marketing, and business development initiatives
\n

Candidate Profile

Applications are invited from solicitors with at least 3 year’s PQE who can demonstrate some of the below:

• Experience in employment law, including Employment Tribunal matters
\n
• Exposure to litigation, ideally including High Court proceedings
\n
• Claimant focus, preferably senior executive experience
\n
