\n Key Responsibilitie

\n
• sOwn product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Real Estate / Property Development portfolio
\n
• .Create and manage roadmaps, priorities, and product governance
\n
• .Lead steering committees and executive stakeholder engagement
\n
• .Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, RTEs, and business leaders
\n
• .Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners across the team
\n
• .Support global teams across the UK, Europe, US, Canada, and India
\n

.Essential Skill

\n
• sExtensive Senior Product Management experience
\n
• .Strong roadmap creation and portfolio prioritisation skills
\n
• .SAFe Agile experience (Certification mandatory)
\n
• .Experience as an EPIC Owner
\n
• .Budget management and business case ownership
\n
• .Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• .Experience working in large, global organisations
\n
