\nWhat you’ll be doing
\nOur Delivery Leads help our teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. Whether it’s leading a discovery phase with service and product designers, or supporting an established team to deliver ongoing improvements - our Delivery Leads are vital to our company's and our customers' success.
\nWhat you’ll bring
\n- \n
- Drive Agile Delivery: Facilitating teams to be greater than the sum of their parts. \n
- Clear Communication: Ability to communicate complexity with clarity to both tech and non-tech audiences. \n
- Leadership Ability: Invoking good team spirit and culture whether in internal, client, or cross-functional teams. \n
- Broad Delivery Knowledge: Understanding of delivery techniques (Agile, Waterfall, bi-modal) and how to apply them in the correct context and environment. \n
- Team Management: The ability to use a variety of delivery techniques and artefacts to manage teams on a day-to-day basis. \n
- Continuous Improvement: Removing impediments and supporting a “fail fast, learn fast” culture. \n
- Client Collaboration: Working with clients to develop their agile practices and ways of working, including mentoring their staff. \n
- Community Contribution: Contributing to the internal delivery community by participating in Community of Practice activities and sharing your experiences. \n
- Tech consultancy experience - desirable. \n
- Healthcare experience - desirable. \n

- Acting as a mentor to our internal Delivery Academy, nurturing the diverse talent that comes through our academy programme. \n
- Raising the company's delivery profile through events like Lunch & Learns and local digital festivals. \n
- Fostering strong and open relationships with Senior Client Management to identify new business opportunities. \n
- Managing budgets, statements of work, and supplier relationships. \n
- Using tools like Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Confluence, G-Suite and maintaining an interest in using new tech to improve your work. \n
