With a particular presence across South Wales and the South West, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Technical Manager to join what is already a high-performing department.

Key responsibilities:
\n
\n - Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover
\n - Manage consultants, drawings and specifications in line with programme and budget
\n - Ensure compliance with HA/Registered Provider specifications and design guides
\n - Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input
\n - Drive innovation, sustainability and buildability in all designs
