An award winning Build to Rent (BTR) developer and operator is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a new role for the business, and a rare opportunity to help set up and implement your own procedures.

You will be supporting the Senior Property Manager on the lettings, property, and block management functions of two brand new BTR apartment buildings in Wolverhampton and Coventry.

\n
Experience in the living sectors (residential, BTR, PBSA, etc) and ARLA or IRPM qualifications are strongly preferred. c£30-35,000+Bonus.
