\nWe are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their Investor Relations team. Working within a fast-paced and globally connected environment, you will support senior stakeholders across client relations and capital-raising activities, while gaining exposure to investors, fundraising initiatives and international events.
\nThe Role
\nThis is a busy, high-calibre Executive Assistant role supporting an Investor Relations team within a dynamic and relationship-driven environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently, managing complex logistics, coordinating investor activity and helping deliver a first-class experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Core Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm \n
- Hybrid (2 days working from home, with flexibility required) \n

About You
\nThis role will suit an experienced EA who enjoys working at pace, building relationships and delivering exceptional support within a client-facing environment.

- Ideally 5+ years' EA experience within private equity, financial services, consulting or legal environments \n
- Experience supporting Investor Relations, fundraising or client-facing teams is beneficial \n
- Strong diary and travel coordination experience \n
- Comfortable managing complex logistics and changing priorities \n
- High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \n
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools \n
- Commercially aware, adaptable and able to work independently \n
- Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team culture \n
