Job Description
We are looking for a personable, proactive Community Associate to support the day-to-day operation of a premium serviced office in Central London.
\nThis is a front-facing, hospitality-led role at the heart of the workspace. The Community Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, supporting building operations, and helping to foster a welcoming, professional and vibrant community.
\nThe ideal candidate will be service-driven, highly organised, and comfortable juggling front-of-house duties with operational and administrative tasks.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nMember Experience & Front of House

- Act as the first point of contact for members and guests \n
- Deliver a warm, professional and consistent front-of-house experience \n
- Manage reception, including visitor sign-in and access control \n
- Build positive relationships with members and understand their needs \n
- Handle member enquiries and requests promptly and professionally \n
- Support the onboarding of new members and companies \n
- Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are set up and maintained to a high standard \n
Community & Engagement

- Help foster a positive, inclusive and professional community atmosphere \n
- Support the planning and delivery of member events and activations \n
- Communicate building updates and community information to members \n
- Encourage member engagement and day-to-day interaction \n
Operations & Facilities Support
\n- \n
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the workspace \n
- Liaise with cleaning, maintenance and other service providers \n
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues \n
- Carry out regular checks of the space to ensure presentation standards are met \n
- Support stock management (pantry supplies, stationery, amenities) \n
- Assist with health & safety procedures and building compliance \n
Administration & Systems

- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and shared spaces \n
- Update internal systems and member records \n
- Support invoicing, mail handling and deliveries \n
- Assist the Community Manager with reporting and ad-hoc administrative tasks \n
Person Specification
\nExperience
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, serviced offices, hotels or similar) \n
- Experience in a serviced office, co-working or flexible workspace environment is desirable but not essential \n
