Job Description
SOCIAL CONTENT PRODUCER – HIGH-GROWTH, CONTENT-LED CONSUMER BRAND
\nThis is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, content-first business at a pivotal moment in its growth. Moving from startup into true scale-up, the company is investing heavily in building a best-in-class in-house content function, with social and performance creative at the centre of its strategy.
\nYou’ll be part of a newly forming team, with the chance to shape how content is created, produced, and scaled globally. This role offers real ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to a brand that is aiming to become a category-defining case study.
\nWhat they need
\n- \n
- Someone who can own the full content lifecycle, confidently taking an idea from rough concept through to shoot, edit, and delivery, without relying on heavy support or structure \n
- A creative who understands the difference between content that looks good and content that performs, and consistently leans into the latter \n
- Someone who is comfortable operating at high volume and high velocity, able to produce multiple pieces of content per week while maintaining strong creative standards \n
- A digital native who is deeply embedded in social culture, instinctively spotting trends, formats, and hooks, and translating them into content that feels native, not forced \n
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity and momentum - excited by building, testing, iterating, and improving in real time as the team and function scales \n
What you're great at
\n- \n
- Creating social-first video that is engineered for performance - whether that be for paid ads (strong hooks, tight edits, clear narratives) or more organic video content. Someone who has a deep understanding of what drives watch time and conversion \n
- Advanced editing in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro), with a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and the small details that elevate content from average to high-performing \n
- Shooting content independently, whether on iPhone or camera, with confidence directing talent and capturing footage that is purpose-built for edit \n
- Translating growth briefs, insights, or performance data into creative output , not just executing ideas, but shaping them with a commercial lens \n
- Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously - organised, efficient, and able to deliver at speed without losing clarity, structure, or quality \n
What you'll get
\n- \n
- Bonus scheme (up to 10% based on company performance) \n
- Hybrid working (typically 2 days per week in office, with flexibility around shoots and workload) \n
- High levels of autonomy, trust, and creative ownership \n
- Private medical insurance \n
- 25 days holiday + public holidays \n
- Enhanced parental leave \n
