An excellent opportunity has arisen in a top tier team for a mid-level or senior-level corporate solicitor.

The team is award winning and works on some of the most complex deals across the sporting world, both nationally and internationally.

They are expanding their corporate team and seeking a corporate solicitor with at least 6 years PQE.

The Role

You can look forward on working on a wide range of deals and matters including:

• Club takeovers
\n
• PE investments
\n
• Sports governance
\n
• Financial regulation
\n

The Requirements

It is anticipated you will have trained at a top tier City firm and qualified into a corporate team working on M&A, join ventures and venture capital deals for example. Experience on working on sports deals would be an advantage, as well as any experience with sports governance.

However, applications will be considered from exceptional candidates who don’t have previous sports experience, but a strong desire to work in this field.
