Project Manager (Agile)
\nLocation: Swansea (Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site)
\nSalary: £55,000
\nAn established and fast-growing digital agency is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its delivery team. This role bridges clients, creatives and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.
\nYou will lead the full lifecycle of digital projects including websites, web applications, integrations and APIs. Responsibilities span scope definition, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, risk management and technical feasibility oversight.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProject Leadership
\n- \n
- Lead multiple digital projects from discovery through to launch and post-launch support \n
- Define scope, timelines, budgets and resource plans \n
- Maintain detailed documentation and delivery tracking \n
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives \n
Technical Oversight
\n- \n
- Validate architecture and technical feasibility with developers \n
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications \n
- Identify risks, dependencies and integration challenges \n
- Ensure best practice across development, QA and deployment \n
Client Management
\n- \n
- Act as primary stakeholder contact \n
- Manage scope, expectations and communications \n
- Present delivery milestones and roadmap updates \n
Delivery & Operations
\n- \n
- Monitor budgets and project efficiency \n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, UX, Dev, QA, DevOps) \n
- Ensure quality standards are met prior to release \n
Required Experience
\n- \n
- 4+ years’ project management experienc \n
- Strong understanding of web technologies (APIs, CMS platforms such as Umbraco, front-end/back-end architecture, hosting) \n
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum workflows \n
- Proven delivery of complex digital projects \n
- Strong scoping, documentation and stakeholder management skills \n
