Role Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead key initiatives within a large transformation programme. The role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed in a safety-critical industry environment.
\nContract – 3 to 6 months
\nLocation – Waterside(UB7 0GB)
\nHybrid – 2-3 days onsite
\nPay – attractive daily rate (Inside IR35)
\nProject Leadership & Delivery
\n- \n
- Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure. \n
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps. \n
- Coordinate resources, suppliers and delivery teams. \n
- Drive delivery against agreed timelines and objectives. \n
Planning & Controls
\n- \n
- Manage project RAID and change control. \n
- Monitor dependencies and critical path activities. \n
- Work with PMO to align reporting and governance. \n
Commercial Management
\n- \n
- Support supplier and commercial management. \n
Governance & Assurance
\n- \n
- Prepare status reports and governance packs. \n
- Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. \n
- Support delivery reviews and assurance activities. \n
Stakeholder Management
\n- \n
- Build relationships across business, operational and technical teams. \n
- Facilitate workshops and governance meetings. \n
- Manage communications and stakeholder expectations. \n
Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Proven experience delivering projects as part of large transformation initiatives. \n
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM desirable. \n
- Experience of enterprise system delivery / transformation initiatives desirable. \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments preferred. \n
