Are you a commercially focused lawyer looking for a role where you can have real impact beyond contract drafting?

We're working with an innovative, US-headquartered technology company that's investing in the growth of its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 4–6 years' PQE to join a fast-moving international business where you'll partner closely with commercial teams, embrace legal technology, and help shape how legal services are delivered.

What you'll be doing:

\n

You'll support the business on a wide range of commercial matters, negotiating and advising on customer, supplier and technology agreements while working closely with Sales, Product and Operations.

\n


\n

Alongside your commercial legal work, you'll play a key role in improving the way the legal function operates. Whether it's refining templates, developing playbooks, implementing AI-enabled solutions or streamlining processes, you'll help drive a more efficient and scalable legal service.

We're looking for someone who:

    \n
  • Is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with around 4–6 years' PQE including some in-house
  • \n
  • Has strong experience negotiating commercial and technology agreements, ideally including SaaS contracts.
  • \n
  • Has an interest in legal technology, automation and AI, even if you haven't worked in a dedicated legal innovation role.
  • \n
  • Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys working in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
  • \n
  • Experience of AI tool building and CLM platforms, or legal operations initiatives
  • \n

The role is based in central London with a hybrid working model (three days per week in the office). There will be travel (mainly to the US approximately 2–5 times a year) to collaborate with colleagues and leadership.
